The Hawabaz Services and the features and administrations made available through the Hawabaz Services are covered by at least one license held by Hawabaz. A minimum of one license is required for certain Hawabaz Services components to operate.
PERMIT AND ACCESS
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Hawabaz Services and Site for personal and non-commercial purposes, provided that you comply with these Conditions of Use and any applicable Service Terms and pay any applicable fees. This license does not apply to any commercial or resale use of any Hawabaz service or its content, to any collection and use of any item postings, portrayals, or costs, to any subordinate use of any Hawabaz service or its content, to any downloading, copying, or other use of record data for the benefit of any third party, and to any use of information mining, robots, or similar information social gathering and extraction tools.
Hawabaz or its licensors, providers, distributors, rightsholders, or other substance suppliers are the only owners of all rights not expressly granted to you in these Conditions of Use or other Service Terms. Without the express written consent of Hawabaz, no Hawabaz Service, nor any portion of any Hawabaz Site, may be used repeatedly, copied, duplicated, sold, swapped, went to, or otherwise abused for any business purpose. Without specific written consent, you are not permitted to outline or other enclosing techniques to enclose any Hawabaz brand, logo, or other restricted material (including images, content, page design, or shape).
Without Hawabaz’s prior written consent, you are not permitted to use any meta tags or other types of “concealed content” that contain the company’s name or trademarks. Abuse of the Hawabaz Services and Site is not permitted. You may use the Hawabaz Services in accordance with the law. In the event that you violate any of these Conditions of Use or any Service Terms, Hawabaz’s licenses to you terminates.
PERSONAL ACCOUNT
To use the Hawabaz Site, you might need your own Hawabaz account, and you might need to be logged in and have a valid payment method connected to it. If there is a problem charging your selected payment method, we may charge another valid payment method that is connected to your account. Hawabaz markets products for children to adults who can purchase them with Visa cards or another accepted form of payment. If you are younger than 18, you may only use the Hawabaz Services and Site with the assistance of a parent or watchman. Young individuals in order to use the Hawabaz Services may have profiles created by guardians and elders. Postings on alcohol on Hawabaz are intended for adults only. You must be at least 21 years old to purchase alcohol and use any features on websites related to alcohol. Hawabaz retains the right to refuse help, close accounts, revoke your permission to use Hawabaz Services and Site, remove or modify content, or cancel requests that are under its sole control.
AUDITS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT

If you do post content or submit material, you grant Hawabaz a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media, unless we indicate otherwise. You grant Hawabaz and its affiliates permission to use the name you submit in connection with such content, if they so choose.
You represent and warrant that the material you post is accurate, does not violate this agreement, won’t harm anyone or anything, and that you will compensate Hawabaz for any claims resulting from the material you provide. You also speak to and guarantee that you own or otherwise control the majority of the rights to the material you post. Hawabaz has the right to examine, modify, or ban any activity, although this is not a requirement. Hawabaz disclaims all responsibility and accepts no risk for any content submitted by you or any third party.
COMPLAINTS REGARDING LICENSED INNOVATION
Hawabaz respects other people’s patent-protected inventions. Please refer to our Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement if you believe that your licensed invention rights are being violated.
RISK OF LOSS
All purchases of tangible goods from Hawabaz are governed by a shipment to contract. This suggests that there is a chance of bad luck and that you acquire ownership of these items once we deliver them to the transporter.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Hawabaz does not claim the right to return anything until they arrive at our customer service center. A discount could be given while we are assessing things without necessitating an arrival. Generally speaking, we don’t charge your provided card/s until after your request has started the delivery process or, in the case of computerized things, until we provide you access to the advanced item.
LAW ON SANCTIONS AND EXPORTS
If you are the target of national sanctions or sanctions imposed in accordance with Indian law by the government where you are using Hawabaz Services, you are not permitted to use any Hawabaz Service. You are required to abide by any export and re-export restrictions imposed by India or other countries on products, software (including Hawabaz Software), technology, and services.
OTHER BUSINESSES
Through the Hawabaz Services and Site, third parties besides Hawabaz run storefronts, offer services or software, or sell product lines. We also provide connections to the websites of some other firms and affiliates. You are not making a purchase from Hawabaz when you take advantage of any of the goods or services made available by these companies or people. We do not examine or evaluate the products or services offered by any of these companies or people, and we do not guarantee their quality (including the content of their Web sites). Hawabaz disclaims all duty and responsibility for all of these third parties’ conduct, goods, and material. You should carefully read their terms of service and privacy policies.
